Yoga Instructor

Dhanesh has been teaching Yoga for several years now and is a certified Yoga Siromani and Yoga Acharya from the International Sivananda Yoga Ashram, Neyyar Dam, Kerala. He has also completed his Post Graduate Diploma & MS in Yoga & Yoga Therapy as well as his MPhil in Yoga from both The Annamalai University as well as the Tamil Nadu Physical Education & sport university. Despite all his Yoga qualifications, what draws every student to Dhanesh is his sincerity to the practice and his teaching, and the care he takes to cater his class to suit the needs of each and every student in his class.

Weight Management & Strength Training

In this class you will practice a set sequence of postures each day which works on burning fat, toning the muscles and increasing stamina, strength and immunity. Stay regular with this practice and you will see the difference in your body and when combined with subtle lifestyle changes the results can be quite magical.

Advanced Stretch & Flexibility Series

This class is designed to focus on your breath, strength and stamina, eventually resulting in burning fat and weight loss. Focusing on not just your alignment, but also the fluidity from one pose to the next. This one-hour of practice will give your body a complete workout giving you longer, leaner and more flexible muscles and improved circulation. Many of our students also claim that it helps clear their mind making them more alert, receptive and creative at work!
