Yoga Instructor

Hari has been an avid Yoga practioner for over 20 years. Having practiced different styles of yoga(Hatha, Ashtanga and Meditation) under different teachers and different styles, Hari chose to take up Yoga as a career.
With a Post Graduate Diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy and training in Pilates, Ballet & Contemporary dance, Hari's classes are a fusion of Yoga, Aerobics, Barre & Pilates.

Running, jumping and stepping movements brings cardiovascular fitness, and when combined with Yoga keeps the body fit, helps you lose weight and make you
look and feel younger!

Yoga, Barre & Pilates

Barre is a workout where the movements are derived from ballet dance. Pilates is a controlled movements workout which improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance
in the entire body focussing on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Yoga movements when combined with Barre and Pilates workout bring about strength, flexibilty, fluidity & grace.
