Having been in the fitness industry for nearly a decade, Shivani ventured into teaching about 3 years ago. After completing her Ashtanga Vinyasa certification in Mysore she delved deeper into Yoga. Shivani focuses on women's health, yoga and movement in her classes.

Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga

Ashtanga is a dynamic flowing practice, which syncs the movements of the body with the breath. The form is designed to purify the body, build core strength and condition the muscles and joints. An ashtanga vinyasa session will help you  improve your core endurance, enhance flexibility, build inner strength (muscle and mind), learn the breath, relieve stress, treat hypertension, prevent injury, and reduce body fat.
