Rental Policies

Please read through carefully before making a booking





  • Our rates are fixed and are not negotiable

  • Please ask for our rental agreement and read and sign it before booking the venue

  • The venue is considered "booked" only if  total amount is paid in full

  • Time includes set up and dismantling time

  • GST of 18 % is applicable

  • Payment by cash, cheque or net transfer

  • Marketing, furniture rental, catering, decorations, extra lighting can be arranged if required by the client and will be charged additionally

  • Valet can be organized at an additional charge of Rs. 2000 for 4 valet drivers for 4 hours

  • Parking : Street parking only

  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the premises

  • General cleaning is complimentary. However, all vendors are to make sure that their respective waste items are to be disposed. Our staff will not undertake this job. Any waste left behind will be chargeable at a minimum of Rs. 3000.


Timings are inclusive of set up and dismantling and followed with strict procedure. Timings begin when the first vendor/client begins set up/use of the structure and end when the last vendor/client leaves. Overtime charges of Rs. 5000/- per hour are applicable if the event exceeds the stipulated time.


Caution deposit of an additional 50% of amount paid (for small events, exhibitions, sales etc. ) or 100% of amount paid (for video & photoshoots) needs to be paid latest 24 hours before commencement of the event, without which you will not be allowed to enter the premises on the day of the event. This amount will be refunded in full within a week if there are no damages. Customers are advised to accompany a member of staff before the event and make note of any existing damages within the premises. The same exercise will be carried out after the event.
